Refund/Return Policy

Defective & Misprinted & Missing items
At YesCustom, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction.
If the order arrives defective, misprinted or missing, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail at contact@yescustom.com within seven(7) days of receiving your product.

Please note that whatever size, color, and image you choose will be customized on your item. If the incorrect size, color or image is selected and sent out to you, YesCustom is not responsible for replacing these items.

EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION
Once you place an order, your order will immediately enter the design stage.
You shall bear the transaction fee if you request a cancellation within 8 hours after your payment.
If you request to cancel within 8-24 hours, you need to bear the design fee + transaction fee.
If you request a cancellation in more than 24 hours, you need to bear the design cost + material cost (confirm whether it enters the production process) + transaction fee.
Note that:
1) Design fee: $3 per order.
2) Material cost: 25% of the original product amount
3) Transaction costs:
Partial refund: the refund amount*4.4%.
Full refund: the refund amount*4.4%+$0.3. (The refund amount refers to the amount of the entire order)

If you need to change the order information (size, picture, design, pattern) when your order has entered the production process. We will charge you 25% of the order price of this product. Since each of our products is one-of- a-kind and made just for you, please double check your order information before ordering. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@yescustom.com.

The shipping address could be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.

Return & Refund
Every order comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Please note that we do not accept merchandise for return unless items are defective, misprinted or missing, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at buyers discretion.

We cannot process exchanges or returns on items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged.

If we have refunds agreements, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
The balance will be refunded back to you after we receive the items (you will be guaranteed to get 100% refund if the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us).Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process. Your bank statement will reflect a change within 10-15 business days.

We reserve the right to inspect the product prior to approving your refund request. Upon receipt and subject to any inspection, we will provide you with a refund of your purchase price you have paid. Please note that processing your refund request could take several days, so we ask that you please be patient.
